Trophy Pickup
If you were not able to attend our closing ceremony, your child’s trophy can be picked up between 4pm and 5pm on August 14th in the GYB board room above the major field concessions stand.
This will be the only day for pick up so please make sure to save this date!
All players receive a trophy with GYB. These are not participation trophies, these are trophies to recognize the hard work that these kids put in this season. Baseball is a hard game and they deserve to be recognized.
GYB Survey
We want to hear from you! Please check out our end of season parent survey to let us know how the season went and what can be improved. This shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes and will greatly help us out. We also want to hear from your kids so please have them fill out our kid’s survey, too! Call for Board Members!
GYB is holding elections for Board positions! Please send an email with your desired position(s) to griffithyouthbaseball@gmail.com no later than August 31st, 11:59pm. Voting will be held during our September board meeting (date TBD) and the new board will take effect on October 1st. You must be present during elections to be elected to the Board.

2022 End of Season Celebration
Our season is almost over so now it’s time to get ready for our end of season celebration!
Our trophy and awards ceremony will begin at 5:30pm and will be followed by ice cream and a movie on the field!
Please bring a blanket for your family to sit on and feel free to bring your own food and beverages to enjoy while watching our featured movie. Ice cream will be provided for our players, coaches, and team moms! Our concession stand will be open and we’ll have limited snacks and beverages available for purchase.
After the trophy ceremony: players, coaches, and team moms, please check in at the designated area so you can receive your ticket for ice cream. Ice cream will be available at the Day Dreams and Ice Cream Truck until 8pm. The movie will begin at approximately 7:30pm.
We will also have a bounce house for the littles to enjoy until around 8:30pm. A waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian and a bracelet must be worn (provided by GYB) in order for the kids to enter.
** Please do not leave garbage on the field after the movie. We ask that you take all garbage and items with you when you leave. Thank you for helping to keep our parks clean!**
